Handcrafting and Shipping Times

All our products do not come from mass warehouses: they are handcrafted directly by us in our workshop. For this reason, each order requires 1-2 business days for production before being ready for shipment.

As soon as the item is finished and passes our quality control, we immediately book the pickup with the express courier. The delivery times indicated in the tables above start from the moment the package is handed over to the courier.

Extra-EU Shipments, Documentation and Customs Responsibilities

For all shipments to countries outside the European Union, we meticulously prepare all the necessary documentation and commercial invoicing for customs clearance.

However, we wish to inform our international customers of the following:

  • Customs Clearance Times: Estimated transit times do not include any inspections, stops, or customs checks required by the authorities of the destination country. These routine procedures are handled exclusively by local customs and remain beyond our control.
  • Duties, Taxes, and Import Restrictions: Any customs duties, local import taxes, or customs clearance costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  • Importability Verification: We invite customers to verify, before placing an order, that the type of product purchased can be regularly imported into their country according to local regulations. We cannot be held responsible for any blockages, returns, or penalties resulting from import restrictions in the country of arrival.
