Return and Refund Policy

Our return policy gives you 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return. This period extends and improves upon the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal provided by European Union law, offering you maximum flexibility and peace of mind for your purchases.

Eligibility Conditions

For a return to be approved, the item must be returned in the exact same condition in which it was delivered:

  • It must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • It must be intact and preferably in its original packaging.

  • You must include the shipping slip or proof of purchase.

Exceptions and Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current European regulations, the right of withdrawal is excluded and cannot be exercised for:

  • Custom-made or clearly personalized products (for example, clothing items or goods created or printed specifically upon request or with custom graphics).

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

1. The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you notice any anomalies, printing defects, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@gnostictower.it.

In this case, we will evaluate the issue and send you a correct, compliant replacement product completely free of charge, with no additional shipping costs for you.

2. You changed your mind or are not satisfied with the product (Right of Withdrawal)

If the product is eligible for return (i.e., non-personalized), does not meet your expectations, or if you simply changed your mind, you can return it for an exchange or request a refund.

  • Return Timeframe: Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal (or after your request has been approved), you must send back or deliver the goods to our address no later than 14 days from the date you communicated your decision to withdraw.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning the merchandise to our workshop/facility are strictly your responsibility.

What Happens After We Receive Your Parcel?

As soon as your return is delivered to our workshop, we will inspect it to verify its integrity. We will send you an email notification confirming whether your return has been approved or rejected.

In the case of a positive outcome, you may choose between:

  • A Gift Card / Store Credit: We will provide you with a personalized coupon code equal to the value of the returned item, which can be used for a new purchase on our site at no additional cost and with no expiration date.

  • Monetary Refund: If you prefer a full refund, the amount (including the product cost and standard shipping charges paid at the time of purchase) will be automatically credited back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 14 days from the moment we receive the goods at our facility, or from when you provide proof of having sent back the items. Please note: Additional shipping costs will not be refunded if you explicitly chose a delivery type that was different and more expensive than the standard delivery method offered by us.
