Duckbolic - Lemon Notebook, lined

In a short story by Leo Tolstoy, a little duckling tries to fish in a pond. Mistaking the reflection of the moon on the water for a fish, he lunges toward it intending to catch it, obviously failing. The other ducklings near him mock him, and in that moment our little one feels a pain he had never imagined; rather than risking being ridiculed again, he prefers hunger. From that day on, he begins to see his peers as demons, but since they are the same as him, this leads him to a moral doubt: "Could I be a demon, too?"

Did you lead me to this? Or did I get here on my own?
