Barong Ramen - Recycled Cotton Notebook, Blank Pages

In Indonesian culture, Barong is the guardian spirit of the balance between good and evil, between what burns and what saves. In its spicy ramen, there is not just flavor, but the memory of that struggle: in which the flames that destroy must not prevail over those that purify. In life, there is a point between difficulty and comfort that allows one not to exceed too much in either, and it is fruitful precisely because it is ardent yet sustainable, like Barong's ramen. Every bite is an encounter with our limits, an invitation to remain present as its light passes through us.
